Privacy Policy

This policy covers onedose.ai, our marketing website. It applies when you submit the contact form, book a demo, or simply browse.

It does not cover protected health information or patient records processed by the OneDose product on behalf of a hospital, pharmacy or care provider. In that context OneDose acts as a service provider to that organization, and the handling of that data is governed by our agreement with them — including a Business Associate Agreement where HIPAA applies. If you are a patient with a question about your records, please contact your provider directly; they control that data, not us.

Through this website, only what you give us:

• Contact form — your name, work email, organization and any message you write, so we can reply.
• Booking a demo — our scheduling link is hosted by Calendly. What you enter there is collected by Calendly under their privacy policy, and shared with us.
• Theme preference — stored in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers light or dark mode. It never leaves your device and is not used to identify you.

We do not ask for health information on this website, and you should not send any through the contact form.

To respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo, and follow up about OneDose. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Contact form submissions are transmitted to our own cloud infrastructure and delivered to our team by email. We use Calendly for scheduling. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email deepesh@onedose.ai and we will action it.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law — including under the GDPR, the DPDP Act, or applicable US state privacy laws. We honor those requests regardless of where you are.
