Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of this website. Use of the OneDose product is governed by the separate agreement between OneDose and your organization.
Scope
These terms apply to onedose.ai. They do not govern the OneDose product or service — that is covered by the written agreement between OneDose and the customer organization, including any Business Associate Agreement or Data Processing Agreement. Where that agreement and this page differ, that agreement controls.
Using this site
You may read, quote and link to this site. Please don’t attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or use it to send unlawful or harmful content.
If you believe you have found a security issue, we would genuinely like to hear from you — email deepesh@onedose.ai and we will respond.
This site is not medical advice
Nothing on this website is medical advice, and nothing here should be used to make a clinical decision about any individual patient. OneDose is software used by healthcare organizations under their own clinical governance. If you have a medical question, speak to a qualified clinician.
Content and accuracy
We publish this site in good faith and keep it current, but product capabilities, integrations and certifications change. Nothing here is a warranty or a binding commitment — a commitment only exists in a signed agreement. If something on this site matters to a decision you’re making, ask us and we will confirm it in writing.
Trademarks
OneDose and the OneDose logo are marks of OneDose. Other product, company and system names on this site are the marks of their respective owners, and are used to describe interoperability. Their use here does not imply endorsement by, or partnership with, those owners unless we say so explicitly.
Third-party links
This site links to services we don’t operate — our scheduling provider, press coverage, and others. We aren’t responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
